Once your submission is received, our team will contact the patient directly to confirm their details and coordinate a suitable appointment time. You will receive a confirmation once the booking is finalised, ensuring seamless continuity of care for your patient.

Following the patient's consultation or procedure, you will receive a copy of the results and/ or a comprehensive clinical letter to ensure seamless continuity of care.
